Yes, our project manager, Milenko, will be with you at every step of the way to ensure you are completely informed and consulted. In addition, Milenko personally project manages and supervises all aspects of the renovation process.

Generally standard bathroom renovation takes 2-3 weeks before you can start using the room. Then allow another week for custom made shower screen or panel to be supplied and installed.

Extensive renovations, such as removal or relocation of walls or windows will take longer. Please be assured that we always strive to be as quick as possible without compromising on quality.

Once your project is mapped out and scheduled we will give you a start and end date so you know exactly how long it will take.

Request an in-home consultation for a detailed quotation of your renovation requirements.

$25,000+ Complete custom bathroom / Your dream bathroom

Figures incorporate building works (scope of works) and fittings and fixtures such as tapware, tiles, shower screen. Also included are the permits, warranties and insurances.

These figures are an estimate, and we recommend an in-home consultation for a project specific detailed quotation.

No! There are no hidden costs or surprises. The amount you pay for all building works (scope of works) is the agreed amount in the contract, unless variations or additional work is requested. In this case, you will receive a clear variation quote before any amendments are done.

Absolutely. It is your project so your input is most important. Whether you choose to purchase the items from our suppliers or suppliers of your choice, we will be there to make sure your selection is suitable for your bathroom.

You choose all the fittings and fixtures, and generally we place an order. At this stage we also ensure that your selection is suitable for your renovation and that it’s available and delivered on time. If anything goes wrong, we take care of it.

We deal with selected reputable suppliers in the industry and where possible we pass on the trade savings to you. You are also welcome to supply fittings and fixtures as long as they are to the Australian Standards and are of acceptable quality.

Yes, all the trades required to undertake your project are scheduled and engaged by us. So you only have to deal with our project manager from begging until the end.

Yes. We specialise in bathrooms, but our team is made up of experienced and licensed tradesman which means our expertise can be used in other areas of your home if required.

Your bathroom will be out of use during the renovation process. If you have a single bathroom in your home, staying in your home may be too inconvenient. We can organise a portable temporary bathroom, but many clients choose to stay elsewhere for the first two weeks of the project. After two weeks you will usually have a functioning toilet and vanity.

If you have more than one bathroom we can renovate one at a time, meaning you can save on offsite accommodation or temporary bathroom hire.

Yes, but only for a short period of time. The water and electricity will be switched off around half an hour at demolition stage and couple of hours at rough-in and fit-off stages. We will notify you well before this occurs and we will work with you to ensure that you are not inconvenienced.

We hold a builder’s licence which is a requirement set by the state governing body QBCC for all bathroom renovations. Our builders licence number is 15005458.

Yes, all bathroom renovations are required by law to have a project specific home warranty insurance policy undertaken. Only licenced builders can undertake this policy for bathroom renovations and the cost of this policy is included in your quotation.

All of our workmanship is backed by a full 6.5 year guarantee set by industry governing body QBCC. All of our renovations are performed by licenced tradesman and our workmanship complies with Australian building codes.

Warranties are product specific so please consider warranty periods when choosing your fittings and fixtures.

If anything ever goes wrong, we are only one call away and we always strive to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
